Regular Membership

Full-time employees of an insurance company whose primary responsibility is the full-time investigation and/or supervision of insurance fraud investigation.
Associate Membership
Pricing: $110.00 (new), $85.00 (renewal), $50.00 (retiree renewal)
Includes:
- Self-insured employees assigned to SIU investigating fraud
- Third-Party Administrator employees providing fraud investigation services
- Integral Anti-Fraud Personnel supporting SIU functions
- Retirees not currently employed in the insurance industry
- Vendor Partners performing SIU duties for insurers
- Legal Advocates (special pricing: $150 new, $125 renewal)
- NICB employees investigating fraud
- Coalition Against Insurance Fraud employees
Legal Advocate Requirements:
- License to practice law in the state
- Nomination by an IASIU regular member
- Letter certifying majority practice is insurer representation

- Law enforcement officers investigating/prosecuting insurance fraud
- State insurance fraud bureau investigators and legal advocates
- Fire department personnel investigating insurance fraud
